Exchange

Our shop offers only exchanges. If the size does not fit you then we can make an exchange on bigger or smaller size, or offer you an Store Credit. Store Credit is valid for 2 months from the date of issue. 

 The item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of first day receiving the parcel. We do not return money back.

• Items must be in their original condition that have not been worn, altered, or washed, without make-up marks and with all tags attached. 

• Returns need to be shipped at your own cost. 

If you have received an item which you think maybe faulty or damaged, please notify our customer care team (contact@graceboutiquescy.com) within 48 hours.
